Life in SG - Random Railway Theme II
Patience is the ability to idle your motor when you feel like stripping your gears.
'Patience is the state of endurance under difficult circumstances, which can mean persevering in the face of delay or provocation without becoming annoyed or upset; or exhibiting forbearance when under strain, especially when faced with longer-term difficulties.' Quote from wiki
1,2,1,2,3,4[whistle]
Shed a tear 'cause I'm missin' you
I'm still alright to smile
Girl, I think about you every day now
Was a time when I wasn't sure
But you set my mind at ease
There is no doubt
You're in my heart now
---
Said, woman, take it slow
It'll work itself out fine
All we need is just a little patience
Said, sugar, make it slow
And we come together fine
All we need is just a little patience
(patience)
Mm, yeah
---
I sit here on the stairs
'Cause I'd rather be alone
If I can't have you right now
I'll wait, dear
Sometimes I get so tense
But I can't speed up the time
But you know, love
There's one more thing to consider
---
Said, woman, take it slow
And things will be just fine
You and I'll just use a little patience
Said, sugar, take the time
'Cause the lights are shining bright
You and I've got what it takes
To make it, We won't fake it,
I'll never break it
'cause I can't take it
---
[whistle]
...little patience, mm yeah, mm yeah
need a little patience, yeah
just a little patience, yeah
some more patience, yeah
need some patience, yeah
could use some patience, yeah
gotta have some patience, yeah
all it takes is patience,
just a little patienceis all you need
---
I BEEN WALKIN' THE STREETS AT NIGHT
JUST TRYIN' TO GET IT RIGHT
HARD TO SEE WITH SO MANY AROUND
YOU KNOW I DON'T LIKE
BEING STUCK IN THE CROWD
AND THE STREETS DON'T CHANGE
BUT BABY THE NAME
I AIN'T GOT TIME FOR THE GAME
'CAUSE I NEED YOU
YEAH, YEAH, BUT I NEED YOU
OO, I NEED YOU
WHOA, I NEED YOU
OO, ALL THIS TIME **(ah)

Life in SG - Random Railway Theme
Looked out for the 'chu chu' train under a cloudy Saturday morning;
A quiet place with a lonely track...and a lonely soul waiting.....
Heard that it passby three to four times daily;
The sun, finally came out from hiding behind the cloud;
Who knows, when will he come...

Life in SG - Halloween 2009
An ominous presence lurks in the air.....
Be warned.....
Zombies...
Ghost...
All were heading to one destination......…to seek vengeance upon the world they live to hate...
When hell breaks loose... deafening sirens, wails from the fallen, shackles strewn about, scurrying footsteps and unknown beats echo through the dark, grimy execution halls as Villainville’s two most feared executioners hold fort. So whose side are you on? Those on sentry duty or those on death row… the hunted or the hunters… choose at your own peril…
Welcome to the Halloween party......
Last year I spend my halloween night in HK with Din & Virgina..... I told myself not to miss Singapore Halloween 2009....
This year I spend the wonderful night with Albert and few zombie friends....hahahha. Here come some of the 'Halloween' photos.
Take a look @ the makeup, it was so real... welldone Onz.
More 'ghost' reinforcement coming in while time was ticking closer to the midnight....
The battle of good & evil began....... lolx
Later in the night, I saw many 'merlion' as well.... hope they were ok and have fun.

Life in SG - Traditional Dances from Asia II
Wayang Topeng (Indonesia)
by Surakarta Panji Group
Wayang Topeng is a dance drama that uses masks (topeng) and was originally aristocratic entertainment before it become popular as a folk form.
This performance, created by late dance master S.Ngaliman in 1972 is called Fragment of Sekartaji. It is based on a story from the Panji cycle when Dewi Sekartaji, who is betrothed to legendary Javanese hero Raden Panji, is seperated from him.
The scenes depict her state of mind and visions, in which she experiences conflict and emotional turmoil as she faces Prabu Klana Sewandana, the king of Batarangin, who has desires for her.
Enjoys ^^
