These are full dress rehearsals watched by Primary 5 students as part of their National Education programme.

- Red Lions jump



Eight Red Lions will be landing on the Padang arena, it will be another spectacular moment in NDP's history.

Parachutists first appeared in selected parades in the 1970s. At that time, they were made up of members from the Singapore Commandos Formation. Since the 1989 parade, the parachutists have become a regular at the parades, wowing the crowds with their free-fall displays.

At about 6,00pm, the Parade Segment comprising

- Aerial Flypast
- Mobile Column

I was standing so close the the canon, I could feel the wave after each canon was fired... lucky got my ear plug ready.

NE show 3 - under a boring sky

Joining in the Singapore nation's 45th birthday celebration at the Padang should get their cameras ready for a visual feast in the skies. This year's National Day Parade (NDP) air participation segment, put up by the Republic of Singapore Air Force (RSAF), is set to wow the crowd once again.
