The story is set in advance sand island called Gion. 島には街や集落が点在し、耳と尻尾を有する人型の生き物・リビカが数多く生活している。 The island is dotted with towns and villages are home to many types of human beings Ribika ears and a tail.

Life in SG - Chingay 2011

11 Feb 2011, Singapore's Marina Bay area came alive on Friday, with a fiery display of performances at Chingay 2011

Prime Minister Lee Hsien Loong officiated the ceremony amidst much cheer.

A heavy downpour at about 4pm had caused some outdoor acts to be postponed or cancelled, but that did not dampen the mood. By 6pm, the rain had cleared and it was back to action.










A dazzling extravaganza of colours and cultural diversity, Chingay Parade Singapore is known for its resplendent floats and multi-cultural local and international performances that are an insight to our festive traditions and delight the hearts of many Singaporeans and tourists.

The word Chingay is from the Hokkien dialect, of which the Mandarin equivalent is Zhuang Yi (妆艺), meaning "the art of masquerade". The festival began as a neighbourhood parade with only Chinese elements in 1973. Today, the Chingay Parade has evolved to be the grandest street and floats parade in Asia, showcasing the rich, vibrant multi-culturalism of Singapore and exciting cultures all over the world.

Nier replicant - Kaine

Nier (ニーア, Nīa) is an action role-playing video game.

The game follows the main character, Nier, as he attempts to find a cure for an illness, known as the Black Scrawl Virus, that Yonah has succumbed to. In their search they encounter the hot-tempered, foul-mouthed Kainé, who herself is part-Shade, and a young boy Emil, whose eyes petrify anyone that gazes upon them.

Characters:

Kainé (カイネ, Kaine, simply "Kaine" in the Japanese versions)

A scantily clad swordswoman accompanying Nier who has drawn media attention for having a foul mouth. Though originally rumored to be a character exclusive to the Japan-only Nier Replicant, the third trailer for Nier showcases an audio-only monologue of Kainé berating Nier's book companion, Weiss. Since she was a little girl she has been possessed by a Shade named Tyrann, who she plans to kill someday. In the original Japanese version, Kainé was shown to be a hermaphrodite (or futanari(newhalf) but all physical evidence of this was erased with the American/European releases (but not really).
