HIS Majesty the Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan of Brunei Darussalam visited the homes of the recipients of the keys to semi-detached and terrace houses under the Panaga National Housing Scheme on 30/July/2011.
While waiting for the arrival of His Majesty, crowds were gathered at the selected houses, waiting in line hoping to greet the monarch and to shake his hand. Among those waiting under the heat of the sun were the new homeowners who had just received the keys to their houses in a ceremony held earlier in the morning. Some were seen carrying their key plaques hoping to be autographed by the Sultan.
